We had eaten at this chain in California and were impressed by the food so we were eager to try our local restaurant after they opened up here. What a disappointment. They claim the seafood is fresh but the ingredients in my shrimp and crab cakes were definitely frozen. My husband's fish fillets were very small portions, and overcooked. More... more

It's been a year or so, but I've yet to find a seafood place anywhere (including the coasts) that matches the quality of McCormick & Schmick's. It's definitely a favorite of mine, despite the price, but when you're talking about food flown in a few times a day it's worth it. I'd definitely recommend the Shark Steak with the garlic... more

McCormick & Schmick's is a fantastic restaurant. I can tell you that my husband has not found anywhere that serves better oysters. I particularly love the pecan crusted tilapia with mashed potato. The filet is also very good. However, the best food item at the restaurant is the Chocolate Bag desert! White chocolate mousse with berries in a chocolate bag~... more
