I, too, travel frequently and always assumed I'd find better tasting sushi in coastal cities. WRONG! To this day I still haven't found better sushi than at Mr. Sushi in land-locked Lee's Summit, Missouri. The quality of the fish is excellent and the owner is great. I've eaten sushi all over the country, and this little, whole-in-the-wall, strip-mall sushi place beats them all every time. Fresh seaweed salad. Fun 291 & Lee's Summit rolls. Never, ever a fishy smell. And they just added a tepanyaki section for all those preferring teriyaki stir-fry instead of yummy yellow tail. Worth the trip! more
