La Dolce Vita is now in partnership with the United Ballroom in downtown St. Joseph, MO. They offer the space for events and we looked at it for our wedding reception. Randy met us and I realized first thing that he was a little off because when he walked up to us he didn't introduce himself or shake our hands.... more

We have visited this restaurant several times and have always had excellent food and service. The prime rib on Saturday nights (check in advance to see if it is the special) is excellent. Their pasta is also excellent. We also enjoy their wines. They really go out of their way to provide good service. Prices may be somewhat higher than... more
