Go. Immediately. This place could stand up to most restaurants in most foodie centers in the US. Excellent sourcing of ingredients, careful preparation, quality desserts, and ok prices. Go to the Red Bird even if you just want a drink. The bar is as wonderful as the restaurant with an incredible selection of wine, beer and specialty cocktails. Very hip space that has a big city vibe about it. more
