The Brunch buffet simply isn't worth the price they are charging. As can be expected with any buffet the food is prepared in advance and in most cases doesn't hold up after a couple of hours sitting in bins. But for $25 you can expect a lot more than this. The reason I am dropping their Value to 1 star... more

We ate at the blue canyon Brunch and it didn't impress us too much. The waiting staff was nice but the food was just so-so... not bad but nothing special either. more

The Blue Canyon never disappoints. The food is exceptional and the service attentive. We chose a tasting menu New Year's Eve with wine pairings and everything was heavenly! more

The Blue Canyon is a beautiful restaurant, decorated in western style with restraint. Very comfortable, and people were dressed casually. We had dinner there on one night in late September. The service was warm and very attentive, without being hovering. Prime rib was lovely, but the grouper didn't taste or look like grouper - it looked and had the texture... more
