We visited on a Sunday morning and they were busy. So busy that two groups walked around us waiting politely at the "please wait to be seated" sign, tugged the arm of the nearest employee, and were seated before we were. Had the Bison top sirloin, very tasty. Atmosphere is informal, eclectic. Small dining room makes for a long wait around dinner time, but they have a nice separator next door (a tourist shop designed to separate you from your money). We easterners have visited Glacier Park every 2-3 years for the last 17 and the Park Cafe in St. Mary had been a favorite. We ate dinner twice in mid July 2009 and were disappointed with both meals. Okay...it isn't going to rival the best restaurants in any major city. But when you get to St Mary and the pick'ns are slim...this place stands out like no other.
