First the negatives, it is about 20 minutes in a cab fropm the strip and will set you back c. $25 in the cab fare, the dining room is also a little lacking in atmosphere, but I suppose I am comparing it agains the likes of Daniel Boulud, Nob Hill Tavern. Now the positives, and Rosemary's positively oozes positives. The... more

We had read about Rosemary's on a previous trip to Vegas but since we were staying on the strip without a car, we never made it there. This time we were at the JW Marriott, only 10 minutes from Rosemary's and were very glad we were able to finally dine there. The meal was spectacular. Using the prix fixe option,... more

Nov 1, 2009 was a great night for us at Rosemary's. We went to Las Vegas from NJ to celerbrate a birthday and read the reviews for Rosemary's on Trip Advisor and Open Table before selecting. It was wonderful. The menu made for difficult decisions. We sat at the counter overlooking the kitchen and watched the chefs at work. Our... more

We just returned from a wonderful evening at Rosemary's on Sahara Avenue in Vegas. So different from the big name restaurants in the megahotels. We had the Prix Fixe meal and a great wine selection(Sunday was 1/2 price wine night) and were blown away by the taste and presentation. The servers were friendly and knowledgable. It was a great experience.... more

Recently spent four nights in Vegas and ate at Rosemary's the first night. It is off the strip. Pay for a cab. Go. It is one of the best meals you can have in Vegas. This place is awesome and on Sunday nights, the night I was there, wine bottles are half price! This is the real deal. The chef... more

Went to Rosemary's this week with a couple of business associates. Unfortunately, they were closing early for a scheduled carpet cleaning so we were seated in the bar lounge area instead of the main dining room. The bartender was our waiter so at the start he was busy with other duties besides our service. Was a bit annoying. However, once... more

I read about this place in Frommer's and had to give it a try. I was happy I did! My husband and I went on a Tuesday night and had a 5 course tasting menu paired with wines. We started with Salmon and beef tartar, had goat cheese stuffed figs wrapped in procuitto, seared sea scallops with parsnip puree, beef... more

We went to Rosemary's because we wanted a change from the high-end casino restaurants and because it was so beloved by TA reviewers. We went on a Saturday night in October 2009. The restaurant is in a strip shopping center, but once inside the ambiance is quitely elegant and romantic--white tablecloths, low lighting, dressy staff. It's quiet but with an... more

Excellent food, very accommodating staff, nothing negative to say except about the prices. Located in an average strip mall far from the strip. Not a standalone building. Wednesday night ladies eat for 50% off. That helped but the prices were way too high for an off-strip restaurant. I guess this place is for locals with deep pockets. Appy's, dinner, drinks,... more

We visited Rosemary's on a Wednesday for "Ladies Night" where all women receive 1/2 off their bill. I strongly suggest reservations if you want to take advantage of this special as they are usually completely booked. I've eaten in many fine dining establishments and Rosemary's is right up there with the best. The food was superb. The service was above... more
