The food and the bread is consistently well portioned and good. The soups are always too salty, and I always forget that before ordering. They'd be five-star to me if they could just get the soup salinity mastered. I don't think the address is correct on this listing. I ate at the Tinoco's Bistro at the Arts Factory. more

Tinoco's Bistro on Charleston Street downtown is a very artsy and unassuming restaurant. We went there for dinner on a slow Monday evening (6/6/05) and we were one of only two occupied tables. The crab cake appetizers were very good. The mushroom soup was the best I've ever tasted. My Chilean Sea Bass dish with curry lobster sauce was excellent.... more

Lunch at Tinoco's on Charleston was absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to go back for dinner! This hidden gem is in a newly rehabbed older building in the Arts District downtown. Because of the unusual location, the atmosphere is quite different from anyplace else in town...a bit funky, a bit urban (VERY unusual for Vegas), and not at all "Vegas-y".... more
