Service was great, but giving me filthy dirty glass to drink coke from is completely inexcusable and wrong. Will never go back to Chili's... and I am telling everybody. Watch out! more

My wife and I decided to try Chili’s at Decatur & Sahara in Las Vegas. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. We Rate the meal a 5 and service a zero. Had to get our own knifes and other utensils. Ignored the entire meal by the waitress - we needed beverage refills. We waited and waited for our check –... more
