This place in the Mirage is a like an atraction in it's own right! The sandwhiches we had from the combos section on the mnue were so big they had to be seen to be believed. the choice on the menu is also massive and the when it arrives it is soo tasty! and you can take what you can't... more

We ate at this restaurant because of the proximity of Cirque du Soleil “LOVE”. We have dined at the Carnegie Deli in New York and love the Carnegie pickles’ sold at COSTCO. I expected rude service, but the service was non-existent. The matzo ball soup was delicious, and the serving of French fries could feed an army. But the sandwiches... more

Most of the sandwiches are so ridiculously huge that they cannot be eaten. My husband ordered something that I think was called the Woody Allen; the waitress said-"That's a pretty big sandwich", but he figured he could eat a big sandwich. What she returned with was a GIANT mound of meat between two slices of bread. I figure there were... more

After skipping lunch and driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas earlier on Saturday, May 15, we were famished at about 5:30pm. We were in the mood for a deli-type meal, so headed down to Carnegie Deli. We waited in line for about 15 minutes before seating. Make sure you look around at what everyone else is eating to get an... more

I am a New Yorker, raised in Brooklyn. I've been to the best of the best delis in NYC. I know the real thing when I see it. Thought I'd check out the Carnegie Deli in the Mirage because the one in NYC is pretty good. Well was I in for a bad surprise. Ordered a corned beef on rye... more

We ate at Carnegie and assuming a deli couldn't be THAT expensive we didn't check the menu first. The mile high deli sandwiches (like pastrami or turkey) were $22-24 EACH. We ended up going for a more affordable grilled cheese, as we couldn't see spending $50 on a casual lunch. Everyone raved about the Matzo soup. The portions are large--one... more

Maybe even bigger, but we knew that going in. My husband got the combo Ruben and I got bologna. I grew up with New York cold cuts and you just can't get that flavor where I live now - it was heaven! Neither of us were able to conquer our meals but they were so good, we gave it the... more

My husband and I were in Las Vegas a few days ago and I was really excited to eat at the famous Carnegie Deli at the Mirage as we didn't get around to eating at the one in NYC when we were there. The portions are huge, however $14.95 for a pastrami sandwich is a bit much, especially since they... more

Purchased takeout, pastrami on a kaiser roll, side of sauerkraut and pickles - YUM! Given the crowds in the sitting area, I recommend getting takeout and enjoying the food in the quiet of your own hotel room. more

The line was something out of a Tolkien novel. We waited a good 20 before sitting down. I ordered a water and caught sight of something heavenly being delivered to a nearby table. It was a reuben, open-faced with a fat deuce of swiss and sourkraut piled high. I would have ordered it, but my dome was feeling pretty rough... more
