I had to rate this one high - it's where we got engaged - right on Market Square at Christmas time. Very romantic! But they were out of creme brulee for dessert - my only complaint. The food and the service were both excellent. more

Bella Luna is located in downtown Portsmouth, a city with many good restaurants. We had a delightful meal, fresh tasteful salad, well prepared, warm entree and a selection of reasonably priced wines by the glass or bottle. Service was cheerful and prompt. The old building was a romantic classic site. Great Italian music played throught the evening. We'll return. more
