Last night my family and I attempted to have dinner at the Marlin. We entered the restaurant, which was fairly empty. None of the three or four waitresses on the floor even acknowledged us--there was no eye contact, no "we will be with you in a minute", nothing. Very run-of-the-mill place. Don't let the appealing outside of this restaurant fool you. The food is nothing special and over-priced, but it's the service that was intolerable at our recent visit. The waitress was slow to come to our table (15 minutes at least), and then seemed overwhelmed by our order (there were only 5 of us) but she didn't... more
