I hesitate reviewing Bisque because I hate to see it become to popular. As a culinary graduate I try to find owner operated establishments,I believe them to potentially be the ultimate dining experience. Bisque is the best example of this!! A lovely place with fabulous food. Have been going to LBI restaurants for years and came here on a recommendation. Had a wonderful dinner here Labor Day Weekend. The dining room was spacious with lots of room between tables, and it was carpeted which kept the noise down. The staff was knowledgable and most accomodating. Best part was the food.... more

Living in Holgate, we are often disappointed in our summer dining experiences. Took the ride up to Beach Haven Crest last night to try out Bisque. What a pleasure! This BYOB caught us off guard in a fine way. There's a comfortable atmosphere that gives off a local vibe, not the noisy, rude, rushed manner of most of the tourist... more
