Had the lasagna...really had no flavor. Orzo veggie soup wasn't too exciting either. Dessert menu was so, so.
We look forward to having lunch at A Ca Mia every time we visit Cape May. The quiche and soup combination is what my husband and I always get. The quiche is made with artichokes, tomatoes and cheese. So Yummy. You have a choice of the minestrone or New England clam chowder. The minestrone is very good but I prefer... More
Soup and sandwich was very good. Disappointed in quiche. Great atmosphere and service. We'll worth the price for the Cape May area.
We tried this place for the lunch special during a recent day trip to Cape May. We were a little concerned when we entered and saw only one other couple seated in the restaurant. Well, not to worry...the food and service were wonderful. I had the quiche of the day...creamy with lots of fresh Jersey tomatoes. The soup of the... More
Ate dinner here with my husband, one night while in Cape May. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the ambience, and the desserts. Not cheap, but well worth the money we paid. Will be back again, next time we are in the Cape.
The Washington St. Mall has numerous choices of Restaurant’s to dine in and one evening we chose “A Ca Mia”, we dined indoors only because I don’t care to eat outdoors though their outdoor table are attractive. A Ca Mia has a “Price Fixe Menu” and I just love these and I wasn't disappointed. My Wife and I both had... More
Great appetizer, the smoked fish was delightful. The Caesar salad was also very good, both flavor and crispness. But our two pasta dishes, linguini w/ clams and linguini w/ shrimp & scallops were both with little flavor other than garlic. No depth at all to the flavor and that shouldn't be at an Italian restaurant. By the way, though totally... More
We stopped here for supper one evening. We ate outside for the view and it is a little tight but they do have a couple of nice dining rooms inside. I had the salad with walnuts, oranges and gorgonzola & ravioli which came with 2 meat, 2 cheese and 2 crab in a cream sauce - delicious!!!! my husband had... More
We ate A Ca Mia while staying at Cape May for the Labor Day weekend. First off, the restaurant is a little cramp. Not a lot of seating and it's in a small place but that wasn't a big bother to us. The food was good. For appetizers, we ordered the vegetable soup which was pretty good. For entrees, I... More
Second time we've been there. Food is good, nothing out of the ordinary, but good. Service is just about OK. Servers aren't always very knowledgeable of the menu. Bring your own wine is nice but they compensate their loss with the high price of food. You'll eat well, but you'd probably be more satisfied elsewhere.
