There is nothing special about the food. It is basic and the service is slow. I'd rather stay home and cook! more
Marco & Pepe is purposefully quaint, but the food generally outshines the atmosphere. I consider this to be the best brunch in Jersey City, and it makes a very romantic setting for a nice evening out. Great. The ONLY real restaurant in the Jersey City area. Most of the nearby places are uppity pubs with trade school grads as 'chefs' and parolees as line cooks. This place is the real deal. more
They always have great food and a diverse menu. Bartenders know their way around a bar too. I like good beer, and they have good beer. Not as good as I was expecting more
This intimate, mellow bistro is my favorite restaurant in Jersey City. The dishes are exquisitely prepared and can be enjoyed with a fine wine from the extensive list. Beer lovers can also savor brews from all over the planet. Last but not least, are the best coffee in town and yummy gelato! more
