Tania's is one of the best places to go for brunch in downtown Jersey City. We usually start by sharing, in order of preference, apple fritters, potato pancakes or pierogies. Then, I greatly recommend the "polish skillet" which is two eggs, kielbassa and potatoes on a hot skillet. Really, most things on the menu are pretty good. The best though... more

Tania's European-American Polish Restaurant: Although all the food I've had on a dozen visits has been good to very good, I tend to stick to the pierogis and to the various soups. First timers might want to begin with the sampler platter. The atmosphere is cheerful, light and pleasant; the service well done. A very good value for the money.... more
