We have been to the Gagan Bistro a number of times. Other than the few booths with some pillows, Gagan Bistro has nothing in the way of decoration or ambiance, unless you count the rows of fake shells as one goes to the rest rooms (which are old and need an update.) After being there a couple of times, we have decided that Gagan Bistro is OFFICIALLY our favorite indian restaurant in NJ! It has a beautiful contemporary interior and the food was very authentic.
