We had a very nice server who was obviously not trained. She was not familiar with the menu and so could not answer the simplest questions, served us cold coffee, cold food, all the time reminding us that it was her first day. Her first and our last! more

I received a gift card so I took my daughter for lunch and it was awful. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn't eat it because it was so rubbery. I ordered ribs which were cool and not too appetizing; the baked beans that came with them looked watery and soupy so I didn't touch them. I sent back... more

I have eaten at Chammps over 100 times. They give big portions of food and they have quick service. There is a nice outside area to eat in, although it is actually in the parking lot. Only drawback is that it is often noisy dining inside. more
