We have been going to the Hamburger Construction Company for over 20 years and a trip to OC was never complete without at least one dinner there! This is one of the best restaurants on the OC Boardwalk, hands down. The food is excellent (get the Taylor burger!) and the staff is great. The owner, Frank, and I go way back. He runs the joint well. Finish up your meal with cheese fries and a birch beer to experience the ultimate in Jersey Shore food. more

I ordered the italian hoagie with oil. It was great! What really makes a sandwich good is the bread - and the bread was great! Grab a seat, eat and people watch on the boards! more

Stopped for a pork roll sandwich, and found heaven. Simple little sandwich shop but with awesome food. Steaks are great with onions and peppers or what ever. Very friendly people, stop and say "Hi" to the owner. Even the hot dogs are a favorite of my kids and their kids. more

Their Taylor sub is great! Try some white American cheese on it too. The french fries and birch beer will round out the meal. We also like their cheese steak sub also. We have made stopping at Hamburger Construction a part of our many trips to this great family resort. more

My wife and I enjoy stopping here for a Taylor Pork Roll sub. Go for the sub because they use rolls from Formica's bakery in Atlantic City. more
