We eat and cook alot of Mexican especially New Mexico--Mex. There is not a good mexican place in T/C. However at bbq you can eat as good of a breakfast burrito or other mex breakfast dishes as you will ever eat!! Excellent, large portions-but if you want fast food forget it! The heavenly scent of good Bar-B-Que welcomes you as you enter this small , nondescript but cute cafe. The service is fast and friendly , and the chef can throwdown on an excellent green chili cheeseburger - try it with the green chili cheese fries - heaven in central New Mexico - we'll stop in anytime we're anywhere near here... more
I lived in Albuquerque and Roswell for 7 years. I went back to NM recently to visit my father who had surgery (Deming, NM). On the way home "broke down" in TrC.
