There is nothing good about this place. The food was luke warm at best, had to WAIT for silverware, waitress never removed any plates, cook ate food while preparing a customers meal, no hairnets, need I say more? We will never visit this place again. Total pig sty! more

We ate there in October 2008 and will never return. There was no soup at all. The macaroni was raw and was thrown in with some that was cooked! The desserts seemed a week old. I couldn't wait to get out of there. SallyC more

TERRIBLE place to eat! My chicken was literally RAW. When we pointed this out to the manager, all he said was" I'm sorry"!!! The manager also said the fryer was not working properly and was under cooking the chicken all day. So my question is why was the chicken still being served???????????. I'm a local and my family and I have stopped going to this Ponderosa because it's gone downhill over the years. There are fewer choices on the buffet than there used to be and most of it is so-so as far as taste. The service is not great, the dishes may pile up on your table before/if someone picks them... more

My friend works here. She knows how the food is cooked and it's DISGUSTING!! I will never eat here again. On top of which quality is really low because of all the management changes. more

I think ponderosa {batavia}is ranked in the top four places to eat because it is a place that does get alot of out of town traffic and tourist buses.But being from batavia I can tell you there are a lot of other restaurants in batavia that I think would be a much better choice than here. more
