Friendly staff, amazing hamburgers, great place to stop for a quick lunch while you're busy being a tourist.
The food and service is fantastic. I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and you can't beat the taste or the quality of the food and the size of the portions. It is worth the price. Plus the service and the waitress is the best.
This little place packs a punch. Even though not very big, the one waitress was very fast and friendly. We ate breakfast there before heading over to the hall of fame. My friend had pancakes and I had eggs with hash-browns. The Food is Excellent. Bring an appetite though, a lot of food. It's worth the price of your budget... More
My husband and son had breakfast and I had lunch. Can't believe the HUGE portions! Almost too much to eat but so good we had to...

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The burgers are excellent and huge. Very small place, one waitress who was extremely busy and doing a fantastic job. Great place for a quick bite.
Had breakfast there on a Monday morning. Sat at the counter as all the tables were full. Service was outstanding and the food was wonderful. Ate dinner there as we'll. They were out of the "special", but we survived. Sandwiches were good and the server was patient and professional. Locals love this place....I can see why.
Of course, this is the tiny village of Cooperstown so "all day" ends by 9pm, but as long as this place is open, breakfast is avilable and it is filling. The pancakes are light and fluffy and large, and the burgers are one inch thick and tasty. They also offer steak fries -- not enough restaurants offer steak fries. It... More
The Cooperstown Diner is the only classic diner in Cooperstown and is definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately it is VERY small, but if you manage to get in you won't be disappointed. The food is good, the service is good, and it's a local gem. It's worth waiting a bit to get in here than trying to go to one of... More
