We loved sitting outdoors. Food was good and service was fine. We were disappointed in our drink presentation and taste- we would go again....
Eating here a year ago we enjoyed our experience and looked forward to going back. This summer my dinner wasn't as good. First, one of the drink orders was clearly wrong and getting it corrected was difficult and took an unnecessary amount of time. We enjoyed the appetizer course although nothing stood out as fantastic. Some of the main courses... More
I have dined in this restaurant when it was owned by others many times. They haven't tampered with the layout which is very nice both indoors and outdoors. Lots of families there. The food is good and the prices are right. The service was good, too. I had rigatoni with a bolongese sauce for $20. Not bad for the Hamptons.... More
Serafina is just a few blocks from my house in the Springs. The food is amazing and the location is perfect! A little "off the beaten path" (meaning its off the main road - 2 mintues from town) but still in the heart of all the action. And guys, East Hampton Florist is right across the street... my husband last... More
What a great meal! Just as good as their NYC restaurants and the service was excellent. The scene was good and it was still fun and happening at 11 P.M.
Our server was not friendly and had an attitude. He made our experience poor and we would not go back based on this. It was clear that the other workers did not get along with him. The table next to us asked for bread. He told them that they ran out of bread. What Italian restaurant runs out of bread?!
This restaurant has energy and enthusiasm, but the kitchen is average. Ideal for pizza for families.
I would reccomend the pizza and salads from Sarafina. I would stay away from the steak. If you want steak or burgers head to East Hampton Grill or The Palm. The pasta is consistenly good but not over the top. The service is hit or miss but generally ok. Don't be tempted by other items on the menu. This is... More
We went to dinner on a Saturday night around 7:30, I was very surprised to see so many tables with young children. When you're spending a decent amount of money for dinner, the average person expect to be able to enjoy their meal without a bunch of screaming children ruining their meal. I wont be returning to this place.
We live in EH and have eaten at Serafina many times, it's fine in a pinch but fairly mediocre compared to other dining options around. The one thing that prompted me to write about this is a seriously alarming episode with their manager Roberto. He followed us after an insane road rage episode after we failed to turn right within...
