I can see why this is a firm favourite of my friends who live in Egham. They've brought me here twice now and it has been totally delicious each time with great, friendly service. (my friends come here regularly)
The food is fresh, beautifully prepared and there is a fantastic selection that will fully satisfy the non raw fish eaters...

My wife and I often visit this great little restaurant but until last night it's always been just the 2 of us. We took some sushi virgins who were not convinced that they would like "raw fish" but after easing them in with some more "conventional" dishes we took the plunge. My wife and I are now both smiling smugly...

We no longer trek to Putney to get our Japanese fix because the best Japanese food is on our doorstep. The service is exceptional as is the quality of the ingredients - the mackeral sashimi and Takoyaki are family favorites. The staff are very friendly and Chef always makes us feel welcome. Cute little place that serves GREAT food at reasonable prices. They have friendly staff who smile and greet you when you come in. &To top it off, they gave us a small plate of yummy sushi on the house. I'd happily visit again!

The restaurant has a first floor with regular tables and a nice atmosphere. The...

We've been going to Sushi Nara since it opened.... goodness knows when! I've introduced friends and families here. Whenever my brother visits from New York, his first sentence would be, 'Is Sushi Nara open?', then it's 'How are you?'. That's how good this place is!!
I frequented this place when the food was so much cheaper it was ridiculous! Then...

Went to Sushi Nara for the first time last night with my brother & OMG, the food is gorgeous. The restaurant itself is comfortable & basic. It is unlicensed so you can take your own alcohol .... & the food is FAB & reasonably priced. Very fresh tasting & just gorgeous. On recommendation of the waitress, we had the spicy...
