I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time was really good. The last 2 times not impressed.
We selected this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. It was our first time there, and we were immediately impressed with its sleek ambiance. Even the bathrooms are spectacular. The food was equally impressive. We had an array of appetizers – the Tuscan onion soup balls, the calamari, veal wontons – which were all superb. For entrees had the cavatelli... More
Porto Vivo in Huntington is one of long island's best kept secrets!. The restaurant offers the amazing culinary talents of Executive Chef Joe Balbo. Joe is young, innovative and a creative genius at creating beautifully plated dishes with extraordinary flavor combinations. The restaurant is hip, and urban chic in the heart of huntington. Aside from the great food and ambiance,... More
First off- the menus are really cool :) It's so fun to see a picture of your meal to help with the decision process. I LOVE the deal on wine on Wednesdays, and we have always been treated with such kindness when we ask seemingly stupid questions about the wine list. The food is amazing, the bar menu is even... More
Drove by this place for years, but this was our first meal there. Decor was beatiful and tasteful. menus were of ipads which was different. Service was great and so was the food selection and quality! recommend it highly.
Have been here couple of times over past years, the place is stunning in terms of looks, great bar scene. The bartender was extremely helpful in making suggestions about the wines, our waitress was also extremely helpful. I like the use of an IPAD for the menu, allows you to see the various entrees. I do enjoy this place but... More

I was invited to attend a birthday dinner at Porto Vivo and have nothing but great things to say about it! We started the meal off with the Tavola Di Antipasti along with tastings of the Margherita, Bianca & Prosciutto Pizzette. The Hand Rolled Ricotta Gnocchi Vodka was heavenly! For the main entree I was undecided on the Veal Milanese... More
