Chen Garden has an extensive and varied menu you will not find in run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurants. The owners and staff are highly experienced and serve high quality, authentic preparations in a comfortable and attractive setting. Chen Garden was our favorite Chinese restaurant in Rochester when we lived here from 1997-2001, and our return visit this weekend did not disappoint. The restaurant was packed, and we had no reservation, so we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table for six. The service was quick, but not too rushed as many Asian restaurants are. The... more
