Aunt Daisy (age 80) married into an Italian family and learned to cook Italian from the old pros. Even she goes here to eat! The fish dishes are a great delicacy and their use of various sauces enhances each dish. The whole family routinely eats here (Fingerboard Rd.) Highly recommend it. more

I'm sorry, but some of you don't have a clue what good Italian food is if you think Da Noi is all that. It's overly salted and located across the street from a utility site - awful. Also, they don't know what al dente means - overcooked pasta - rushed service & overly salted food. more
OK, so you wouldn't just 'happen' upon the place...so FIND IT, and GO THERE! We were taken here by friends on a recent visit to Jersey City/NYC. We visited the location on Victory Blvd in Staten Island. The food was amazing, and the service was superb. Prices were moderate, but the hospitality was priceless. Da Noi has some of the best Italian food I have ever had, including in Italy! Try simple spagetti bolognese. It can't get any better. more
this by far is the best italian food i've had in a long time. The spinach cheese tortellini w/ 4 cheese suace was phenomenal, they gave my boyfriend and i complimentary champagne, everyone was very accomodating and friendly. The price was great too, i will def. be going back there again soon. more
