Vidalia is without a doubt the best place I have eaten in Boone or the surrounding area. I went to Vidalia for their Sunday morning brunch, and had some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Their banana-rama pancakes were amazing, and came with a selection of delicious fresh fruit. The staff were super nice. I am definitely coming back here next time I'm in town! more
