Had a great dinner at Max. Wonderful service. Great bottle of wine. The waiter was very careful to point out the dishes that had a spicy "kick" to them. Delicious spinach goat cheese salad. Maximillians is my new favorite restaurant in the triangle. If you don't like spicy food, or prefer steak and potatoes, don't eat here, but if you love spicy, adventurous dishes, this is definitely the place to go. more

I ate here last night with a group of 12 women who eat out frequently and we agreed that this was some of the WORST service we have ever experienced. The food was just okay, as well - way too spicy. more

Despite being a frequent visitor to Cary, this was our first visit to Maximillian’s. Situated in a strip mall, shouldered by Woody’s Sports Bar and a Guitar shop, you might simply pass on by for a more glitzy locale but don't be confused by the large effigy of a stereotypical Italian chef outside, Maximilllian’s is by no means your average... more
