We like to go on Sundays after church - there is usually a wait but the food is great. Love the eggs-benedict. more

After living here for 3 years, I'll say you can definitely do better than Brigs. #2 is not actually #2 :) Try Benetis on NC 55 in Durham. Family owned, not "chainy" either. more

Although this is a local favorite, I wasn't overly impressed. I had the turkey and cheese omelet, add mushrooms, grits, english muffin and coffee. The grits needed a lot of help in the salt area (this should be done while they are cooking). The turkey added a nice taste to the omelet and was very pleased with my choice. The... more

I love the Mediterranean omelet and the Spanish omelet. My husband always gets a huge waffle. It's always a treat to go for brunch on a Saturday or Sunday morning! :) more

When Mom & Dad come into town they always insist on Briggs for Sunday morning breakfast. It's become a family tradition! So many great egg choices, pancakes, and waffles and we've NEVER had any bad service. The best in Durham. more
