I took my whole family to Lulu's this weekend. I had read the reviews and, not knowing the area, decided to eat there. The chicken was dry, the tuna was inedible, and the steak was tough. Celebrated our anniversary dinner at Lulu's Friday night and it was very nice. They started us with a little white bean on toast amuse bouche. Really nothing special, solid enough. Pretty cool atmosphere, tight tables but they need to pack it in given the size. The menu reads well, dishes sound different and unique. Typical higher prices you would expect from a trendy brunch place. Food didnt quite live up to the billing or the cost. There is defintely better $10 french toast out there.... more
