I went to Ducks today with my family and we left hungrier than when we came in. First of all, it took like 5 minutes for someone to noticed that we were waiting to be seated. They undercooked our food so we asked to have it cooked to medium. Instead they burned it. Afterwards they offered a free cheesecake, that they actually put on the bill. At the end, we left a tip that brought the total bill to $61. Later we saw a charge for $68 on our credit card. This place is despicable! more

The seating is nice, the lighting good, the overall effect is you are in a nice place. Our food was TERRIBLE. Cold and slow, and the waitress was of little help.
