Love the Jr. Whopper with cheese. Easy access to take out window. Great service and friendly staff. Quick service and great food. Must visit.

i reviewed this location last year. My new review on the restaurant is ... There is no more play structure at this location. it was removed recently. So i use their drive thru more often. Depending on the person taking your order they will or...will not accept my American Express Credit Card. If it's the same older female, she always rejects my card saying they don't take that card. (I don't put up a fuss. I just know the truth and give her another card.) But EVERY other staff there knows to manually punch in my card number without an issues. Her refusing my card is not proper business conduct in my opinion. Other than that the staff is friendly and the service is fast and efficient. They would get more of my business if they put a new playstructure in for the kids.More

went to bk thinking good food , good value and char broiled. this is the bk in st.thomas ont store #3566 on talbot street , as of 7;46 pm today no body is in or in the drive thru I guess that should have been...my heads up .ordered the chicky sammi at 2x5 bucks and the jr whopper meal total cost 11.30 . you have to be kidding here folks . not only was it fast , but it was cold . I guess the supper rush just killed you all , my canadian tire flyer was thicker than the burger and talk about over salted !CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE THE SALT SHAKER AWAY TO LIKE ALASKA , The hubby can eat just about all take out food but he could not stomach his sammy . I had to ask for napkins and kethcup and got a terse reply from the young lady in drive thru about how she would not have known and we did not ask in advance ..humm where did ..do you need anything for your meal today ?Thanks for dinning at Burger King hope to see you tomorrow . Most people in North America know about Burger King and the food they serve. Burgers mostly but have a decent chicken sandwich which I get most times when I visit. Cheap and quick is the name of the game and if you are tired of...McD's this is pretty much the same with a different taste to the food, don't expect much if you eat at Burger King.More

I enjoy Burger King, but why can't the food be hot? If fries and burgers have been standing a while - throw them out and make some fresh. You'll get more people coming back.

Unfortunately went through the drive thru and we ended up missing a whopper. When I arrived home it was too far to go back. It took 5 phone falls to get through since the live cuts off and there is no voicemail. I should say...that they were very good about replacing the meal when I come back next. But disappointing overall.More

It is usually not crowded, relatively clean, orders come out quickly. I have no complaints about this Burger King.
