Three hotel concierges recommended Mallorca as the best restaurant in Cleveland. My husband and I are both foodies so we were very excited to experience this place. This restaurant is located in the Warehouse district. When we walked in, we were promptly greeted and seated. The waiters are extremely friendly and accomodating.
