This was the best restaurant in Columbus, however, it closed on June 20, 2009. This was that "special occasion" place that our family always went to. It served the best pan seared fois gras we have tasted any where including Paris and Montreal. It will be sadly missed. more

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem returning to Maryland from St Louis. After hearing such great reviews and even a stellar recommendation from a co-worker, I booked reservations for my husbands 45th birthday. What a wonderful evening! You'll be hard-pressed to find a better meal anywhere, from the appetizer to the dessert. Chef Handke even visited our table! Each time I'm in Columbus, a meal at Handk's is a requirements. Enjoy! more

An evening at Handke's is more than a night out, it is an experience. The food was out of this world delicious. I did all but "lick the plate!!" The waiter and the service were superb!!
