Found this place by accident when we were staying just outside Robin Hoods Bay. It was Sunday so it was obviously busy but we found a nice table in the conservatory. We plumped for the Sunday lunch which was Pork that day, would have liked to have had a few more roasts to choose from but we happily went for... More

Staying locally and this place was recommended. A good recommendation as the food was good, LOTS of it, friendly service and a reasonable price. We were there on a Thursday evening and it wasn't busy - service was quick and food was hot. We had fish and chips, salmon, stew and veggie option. All good and all tasted home made.... More

Great home cooked food - everything was freshly cooked and generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff also. It would be advisable to book though, as it did get very busy on a couple of the nights that we visited.

This was my first time at the Fylingdales Inn and with a wide range of food and ales it was a friendly place to eat. It also has a great play area if you take your children with you

Visited last summer and after seeing the specials board promised ourselves we would return to try the food, we are glad we finally did although we both ended up having steak rather than any of the very tempting specials. Service was second to none, the complimentary sorbet was a lovely touch to cleanse ones palette! The steaks were cooked to... More

We have eaten here lots of times but have not ventured in over the winter owing to the exceptionally bad weather. Meals were absolutely lovely and plentiful too. Staff, as ever, were very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and looking for well cooked food in really nice surroundings. Hope this helps.

Atypical bad planning meant we had not used Tripadvisor to work out alternatives for our trip to North Yorkshire and when rain hit the moors we sought refuge on the blustery but sunny coast - and we stumbled upon this busy inn just above Robin Hoods Bay. The welcome was very friendly despite the staff being rushed off their feet... More

We took a day trip to Robin Hoods bay on a bit of a whim. We found Fyingdales Inn on Trip Advisor and gave it a go. Lots of parking, nice little beer garden with climbing frame. We had a warm welcome. Free snacks on the bar (sausages) were much appreciated. We sat in the conservatory and enjoyed a great... More
