With the carriages from a railway that used to serve the coast this restaurant boasts superb sea views, excellent food, friendly staff and the added bonus of a "Happy Hour" from 5 pm to 7 pm when two meals cost less than you would expect. Complimented by live music in the evenings it is definitely not to be missed! More

Went to the rattler this afternoon in a party of 4 and everyone agreed their food was delicious, I had a meat feast pizza, loads of meat toppings, full of taste and beautifully cooked, as was Carly's chicken and mushroom pizza, of which I scored for 3 of her slices! My mam got the hunters chicken which was lovely and... More

Good at lunch but on the one occasion I ate there in the evening it was terrible. The temperature of the restaurant is always uncomfortably... More

We live very close to this restaurant and visit a couple of times a month. We always enjoy the food, Sunday lunches are really good. We have a young boy who loves the pizza and spaghetti bol. It serves the nicest food along the sea front at reasonable prices. Service is usually good, sometimes you might have a bit of... More

It is in a nice spot to watsh the world pass by, you can see an awful lot of people passing while waiting for your meal to finally arrive. Cant say it was busy enough on the day we visited to warrant such a long wait...but it does get really busy here. that said food was nice average sort of... More

This was are second visit and it will defiantly be are last it is a great location but is spoilt by the terrible management that just does not seem to care. We sat out side in August due to the warm weather, and decided to order food The barman took our order and was then told by the manager that... More
