I have a fundamental problem with any Italian restaurant that serves the spaghetti and sauce already mixed. I want it ON TOP of freshly cooked pasta, not scooped from a vat of who-knows-how-old over-soaked spaghetti noodles. I know a lot of people love this place, but I prefer Giovanni's in downtown Beaverton for authentic -- and GOOD -- Italian food. more
