Not only was the beer great (Mirror Pond Ale and Rooster Cream Ale), but the steamed mussels and clams special was great, also. A fun time, with good company at the bar while waiting for our table. A price performer! more

We are familiar with this restaurant from our hometown of Portland, OR. Our first trip to the Bend location (where the brewery started) was not a disappointment. Good local color, people from the mountain, from cycling, from the river, and the golf courses...and families that come early for a wide variety of craft beers and a reasonable well prepared menu. Casual, loud, always busy- come early. more

On weekend nights, it is usually a wait. Lots of choices of brew and that is great. The food is OK casual dining. Nothing special---burgers and sandwiches and some entrees. It just is not worth the wait but I do like the downtown location. more

The staff was friendly. The bartender let us sample all of the excellent beers and I have tasted microbrews from all over and I would rate them near the top of the list. Food is ok, but people should go there for the beer and the service. more
