Perfectly crisp fries with oh-so-tender centers topped with shredded barbecued pork, a delicious tangy bbq sauce, and cheese. This is appetizer heaven! Ribs were fantastic. Side dishes were not as exciting. :) One of the best BBQ places we've tried in the area. more

Very good, inexpensive Bar-B-Q. Two can split a full rack of ribs and order two salads. Can be crowdwd. Some outside dining in the summer. Service was quick and friendly. Good Bar-B-Q menu. more

We have visited Bend several times in the past 3 years and have eaten at Baldy's at least 1/2 dozen times. We found the BBQ outstanding and worthy of their claim of winning contests.
