Marché is my husband's favorite restaurant. I'd be happier if the menu were less predictable but the food is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, and I've had one of the best deserts I've ever eaten (a seasonal fresh pine nut and rosemary tart with caramel sauce). What looked like a spectacular dinner menu, great ambiance, and superlative service was marred by a basic cooking screw-up and an interesting, if unsatisfactory service recovery.
