Yes, it is true-the creative young man that inspired all the delightful combinations of ingredients-Rockfish tacos, roasted beet salad, samoas/chutneys, handmade sausages and not to forget the fresh naan bread, OH! and the scallops-perfectly seared & seasoned!!
He has been fired due to complications with the owners to replace outdated equipment and improve/update structural imperfections.
