We tried Mike's because of reading that they've got excellent shakes. Huckleberry shake was ok but not nearly as good as those we got at a fruit stand south of Hood River. Young lady working the counter seemed bothered that we interrupted her socializing with friends. Note that this place is about the size and looks like a child's playhouse.... more

We like to stop by in the evenings to get our dessert here. Very popular place with very nice outdoor seating area. I do enjoy the french roast flavor the most. The remaining ones rather lack flavor. But that of course is my personal view and others may not agree. Definitely a fun place. more

This place has delicious homemade ice cream. It's set in the picturesque little town of Hood River with a great family atmosphere. I got a single scoop of ice cream for $3 but it was big enough for 2 people. It's a perfect after dinner dessert spot for all! more
