This is an organic foods cafe in the heart of downtown Ashland. This is the best salad bar I've ever had. All organic, exceptionally fresh and diverse. They did not have much of a menu beyond soups, sandwiches and salads, but if you like healthy organic quick food, this is the place to go. more

My whole family ate at Grilla Bites while in Ashland. My aunt sand uncle are not usually "healh" food eaters, but even they seemed to enjoy it. The veggie burgers were likely the best I have ever had. My husband and I liked it so much we drove back the next night from Medford for dinner. more

CK Tiffin's closed down fairly recently. However, the new place is equally as good. Grilla Bites now occupies the old cafe'. It specializes in organic and whole foods.
