Best thing was the pepper-infused mango martini, but the vibe is 'cold' and the same could be said of the service. more
The chef at Bay 13 recently changed and the new one is great. He added a black cod with asparagus and Meyer lemon risotto entre that I have already gone back for once already (only 2 weeks since I first had it). This restaurant is a great choice for my husband and me because I can splurge on my diet... more
Good food but service is inconsistent more
My friend and I went to Bay 13 to have a few drinks. While the atmosphere and food were great - we fell in love with the most amazing Mojitos!! The bartender responsible for making these wonderful drinks is a friendly, attentive and great bartender named Amy...thanks Amy!! more
