I have been dining at Jethro's for years and consider it one of the best restaurants in Lancaster. The atmosphere is cozy, friendly and casual. The specials change weekly and are creative and delicious. I'm a huge fan of the calamari and black olive tapenade. You have to order a cocktail with fresh squeezed juices. My fiancee and I entered were in Lancaster visiting his Aunt, when she told us about this place as being her favorite place to eat out in Lancaster, so we decided to try it out.
