Wonderful downtown Lancaster treasure. Turkey Club crepe is my favorite. Friendly service.
Love the food - but speed it up guys! Even when the restaurant's not busy, the servers tend to lack. Coffee refills are rare and for a breakfast / brunch place this is a must!
Rachel's provided a nice meal. The variety of crepes suits a wide variety of palates, whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, or dessert. I had the Western Omelet Crepe. The staff was causal and friendly and I was seated in the appropriate amount of time. I've seen criticism in previous posts about the service. I can... More
Excellent, excellent food. With service staff who couldn't cut it at DMV.
If you're in Lancaster, don't miss out on Rachel's Cafe & Creperie. This French-themed cafe is not much in the way of decor but the yummy crepes, delicious chai, and excellent service all make up for a stand-out treat. There are both sweet and savory crepes offered and they all taste great. We brought our toddler son with us and... More
After a rocky start - awkward check-in and waiting conditions, we enjoyed a first rate crepe experience. Nice selection and quality ingredients. The seating is somewhat uncomfortable, and the wait staff seemed a bit stressed, but all-in-all, a nice place to eat. Some of the crepes are great for breakfast and include eggs, others are savory and the selection of... More
Other reviews have mentioned the spotty service, and I found the same. Nevertheless I decided to eat there with my college daughter & two friends because we needed a quick Sunday brunch, and she adores crepes. We were seated promptly, but then watched the waitress go back & forth between three other tables all around us refilling water & coffee,... More
The food is great...the service is terrible. This is our second similar experience and why I am writing. We waited to be seated...after being walked by and ignored several times I asked if we could be seated and we were. 10 minutes later I asked if we could order and someone found our server and we ordered. We didn't wait... More
Wasnt all that impressed, but havent had a dessert crepe yet, will be going back for that.
I think that this is a decent place, if you like crepes. It is an unique dining establishment in this area, specializing in the French pancake. The fillings vary from asian fusion to traditional desserts. I strongly reccomend the desserts, but the few crepes I ate for an entree were okay, not completely filling. I have had a spicy thai...
