Made reservations for this place due to the weekend holiday. The cuisine is Italian. You could bring your own wine which was nice. Place wasn't packed. Sat in the room with the fire place which was romantic. Service was great. Food was okay....typical Italian ....nothing special. Good food for the price. more

My Fiancé and I decided to visit Esca after reading most of the good reviews on this website. To add, it was the only Italian Restaurant we could find in the downtown New Hope area. It was a dark and stormy night.....when we visited this warm and inviting atmosphere, happy to warm ourselves by a cozy fireplace, amid the rustic ambiance of this delightful restaurant.
