Being is that there's not much of a variety in Newtown, The Basil Leaf is a welcome addition to the area. I have never tried anything more delicious than Baisl Leaf. The prices are resonable and the food is yummy......I go to Baisl Leaf every week with my family and we all love it. The service is friendly and helpful. I recommend everyone should try it. I guarantee you will love it! more

Did I say, "Wow?" This place is really -- that -- good. Not only do they have excellent traditional Vietnamese dishes, the chef and his wife have created their own versions that are even better. This is a family that puts tender loving care and talent into every delicious, flavorful dish. Highly recommended! Yummy! more

My husband and I have eaten at Basil Leaf at least once a week since it the restaurant opened. The food is excellent! The ingredients are always fresh and the sauces are wonderful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. more
