This is one of the worst restaurants you could stop at. It's the equivalent of an Amish Truck Stop. The main dining room has banquet tables set up primarily for bus groups. Food is served family style. I have no problem with the family style set-up. But the food. Oh the food. It was vile. I've had better hospital food.... more

Food is good, plain, fresh and plentiful - a little too much starch. No choices, family style servings of ham, fried chicken, fish, corn kernels, mashed potato, chow chow, noodles, good bread, cottage cheese , apple butter, shoo-fly pie and blueberry pie, Soft drinks included. Seconds allowed. Prices are very reasonable. No reservations unless party larger than 25; however wait-time is... more

The waitresses were very attentive and the service was good. The food was for the most part tasteless and very poor quality. The roast beef was not recognizable as beef, the color was gray and it was dry and scary. Was it really beef? The ham loaf also looked scary and it was greasy and the plate never had to... more

The fried chicken was great - very crispy and the corn tasted like it was fresh off the cob. The only bad thing was I asked for ketscup and the little packet brand they have needs upgrading. more

This place seems to be a mass processing restaurant where bus loads of people arrive. We chose not to go to the buffet, but go for the one plate entrees. We didn't enjoy the meal. Very few choices, rather small portions and not very tasty. The beverages come in very small glasses, no comparison to any other restaurant. The waitresses... more

We ate in this restaurant for the first time in over 10 years. The idea that this is an Amish family style restaurant is what drew us here. This is however no longer the case. The food was just average at best. They had fried chicken which was better then Kentucky Fried Chicken but not by much. Roast Beef was... more

The name of the restaurant says it all!!! The food was excellent. The waitress was very knowledgable and made the dining experience even better. We all opted for the dinner platter (we could not eat family style. There was just too much food!!!! If you are with a large group, this would be nice. There were only two adults and... more

We don't go to Good and Plenty anymore, because we are getting to an age that we don't want to eat this much at a serving. This restaurant is family style food. You sit at a long table, and you share your food with whoever is at the table. This can be pretty neat. You might meet someone from another... more

This place is huge with gift shops, a bakery and a large dining room in the back for big groups. We ate in one of the smaller dining rooms in the front, off of one of the gift shops at the entrance of this old farm house. You pay before you are seated and just leave a tip when you... more
